Also, for anyone who uses it, I STRONGLY recommend subscribing to the update bulletin at:

I use the update bulletin to keep people advised of new versions which correct bugs and add improvements. For example, right now I'm working on a BETA version that allows a more customized error page and also uploads a CSV file with the form information.

I'm always looking for comments and suggestions, so never feel bashful about asking for something.
