What’s Up With Footnote.com?

Just a quick post to gripe about Footnote. I loved their service while I used it. I recently completed a 7 day trial and canceled it afterwards because I really don’t have the time to mess with it right now.
Today, I’ve gotten 10 messages so far that keep saying “It’s not too late!” and saying I can subscribe for $10 off the annual fee of $59. That’s great but why do I have 10 messages? Originally I had 5 this morning. Now I have 10.
Should I contact Footnote and let them know about this or is it just something that I can do nothing about? Aaagh! I think I need to just go out and do something else for a while!
