Evidence Found At Footnote!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to check in again and post another small update.
Last night I was surfing through Footnote and found a wonderful discovery. There has always been talk of my grandmother having a set of twins before she had my dad and his twin sister. I’ve never been able to prove this because the talk was that they were born and died the same day. Well, I now have proof. I won’t post images because I know that they are premium content but I will let you know that last night I was searching the Texas Birth Certificates section of Footnote and found the actual birth certificates for these twins. There was no name because, as I said, they died later that day.
It is so neat to finally have something that I can share with another researcher in my family and I know she will be very happy with this find.
One other interesting point to make, the twins were a boy and a girl. How strange that almost 16 months later my grandmother would have another set of twins and they would be a boy and a girl!
