I thought I would continue my posting of some of my recently obtained obituaries. I hope you are enjoying these posts!
Eunice Winkle of Snyder died at Health Care Center there Thursday, March 31, 1994.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Ray Hastings officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Winkle was born in Red River County, a daughter of Nathan and Mary Cornett Spangler. Her husband, George, preceded her in death. She was a Baptist.
Surviving are two sons, R. J. Winkle of Alba and Bill Winkle of Clarendon; five daughters, Marie Mills and Linnie Pitchford of Snyder, Wanda Nell Burrow of Clarendon, Winnie Lynch of Lubbock and Enzalee Blalock of Mount Pleasant; two sisters, Rena Shoulders of Clarksville and Lucille Hadaway of Bowie, Ariz., 23 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
